Physical traits: Cessily is made of a non-toxic, non-organic form of liquid mercury! Marvel doesn't care about your science. Her skin therefore looks like a silvery metal. She can basically melt herself and become "a featureless mass", although she doesn't do that too often out of uniform since it does result in nudity. As for the uniform itself, it's the black and gold one you see in her icons, NOT the red one. So when she's in uniform, it's black and gold with an X blazoned across it. She can also form basic weapons out of her body, and stretch herself out, etc.
What's Okay To Mention Around Her: GO NUTS. I'm taking her from a bit before current canon, but Julian will catch her up.
Abilities: Aside from melty shape-shifting, she is also highly resistant to magic making her "very hard to magically detect, influence, or harm". She doesn't need to breathe or eat, although she likes to pretend that she does to the point where it's not immediately obvious. Julian knows because I assume she told him, and Laura knows because she worked it out. Cessily has "molecular adhesion", which apparently means the ability to cling to solid surfaces and move around without needing to use "overt locomotive features". I take this to mean she can gloop about. Being made of liquid mercury also means that she is somewhat impervious to normal injury, although it is possible to cut bits of her off if you have the right tools :(
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: She is difficult to detect or influence telepathically; however, it is not impossible. I consider this to mean that she could sneak up on a telepath if glooping around, but if she's standing right in front of one they could read her mind quite easily. I imagine it also depends on how powerful the particular telepath is.
Cessily has some serious psychological trauma from being kidnapped, repeatedly electrocuted and having pieces of her flesh peeled off with a laser. Other than that, she is a normal teenager having normal teenager thoughts. NB: Cessily is also highly resistant to magic so I doubt anyone who reads minds that way would be able to read hers. If unsure, ask me!
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Maybe/Maybe/Y/Y The first two will require a bit of chit chat first, as I imagine Cessily has to exercise some level of control to maintain her human shape, judging by how gloopy she was when the gene first activated.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Y/Y/Y BEWARE OF THE GLOWERING HELLION.
Maim/Murder/Death: ... she is from Marvel we're pretty much been there, done that. Again, BEWARE OF THE GLOWERING HELLION. he will not approve. you may be thrown into a wall.
Cooking: I SAY YES. She doesn't need to eat, but she likes to do normal things. Therefore she cooks but it probably tastes terrible.
