She was the prettiest cheerleader in school but because she was Daddy's Little Girl she wasn't allowed to go on dates even though she absolutely flirted with all the boys. She knew she was hot stuff, and then suddenly she was a mess of silvery goo who nobody loved.
Her first room mate at Xavier's was Laurie Keller, which theoretically was a good idea because Cessily can't really be affected by pheromones - I don't think. Unfortunately, Laurie didn't speak one word to her, which just reinforced the idea that she was repulsive. Then Julian turned all that around, and more or less demanded that Miss Frost reassign Cessily to a new room mate. Cessily doesn't really know that he did that, all she knows is that suddenly she was reassigned. But she has a hunch.
